Amidst the quiet rustling of the pine forests surrounding the Loppi Wilderness Villa, the weary will find rejuvenation, and the enthusiastic will find inspiration. Even a larger family or the team of a small or medium business can comfortably gather in the cooling shade of the terrace set up in the forest garden or around the long dining table of the Main Villa. During meetings, you can refresh yourself in the rays of the sunset, set up a coffee break on the terrace, and let the campfire lure out the best stories into the warm air.

GENERAL INFORMATION: The Loppi Wilderness Villa consists of three buildings: the 8-sided Main Villa, the Mini Villa, and a lodging cabin. The buildings of the Loppi Wilderness Villa provide all comforts, and the lake is within sight from the yard.

MAIN HALLS AND LOUNGE/CONFERENCE SPACES: The main hall of the Main Villa, measuring 45 square metres, can accommodate nearly 20 guests around the long dining table. The room has Wi-Fi access and two 50-inch flat-screen TVs. The main hall also connects to a large terrace and the forest garden. The Mini Villa’s group of sofas can accommodate 6-8 guests around a 40-inch flat-screen TV.

ACCOMMODATION: The Loppi Wilderness Villa has enough bed places for approximately 15-20 guests. The Main Villa has sleeping space for 10 guests: three bedrooms with 8 beds, and the dining room/meeting area has a sofa bed for 2 guests. The Mini Villa’s sofa and an extra mattress offer a total of 4 more bed places. Additionally, there is a modest lodging cabin in the yard for 2-4 guests. There are blankets and pillows corresponding to the number of bed places.

KITCHENS: The Main Villa’s kitchen is equipped with tableware for 20 guests, an electric stove and oven, a large refrigerator, a mini freezer in the entryway, a dishwasher, a microwave, a Moccamaster coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a toaster. The Mini Villa mini kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and a coffee maker.

SAUNAS, SHOWERS, AND TOILETS: The indoor sauna of the Main Villa can accommodate 6–8 bathers at a time. There is a shower room, and the changing room has direct access to the terrace. The toilet is located between the living room and the changing room. The Mini Villa has an outdoor wood-heated sauna with room for approximately 8 sauna-goers. The Mini VIlla also has a shower and a toilet.

OUTDOOR SPACES AND HOT TUBS: An authentic wilderness-style lean-to with a fireplace is located next to the terrace areas, easily accessible from both villas. Via the terrace, you can access the two wood-heated hot tubs year-round without getting your feet dirty. The terrace areas have cosy dining sets for at least 20 guests.

FISHING, BOATING, AND OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES: The Lake Syvälahti bay, located around 170 metres from the Loppi Wilderness Villa, provides access to the larger Loppi Kaartjärvi waters. We rent out rowboats and a three-person canoe to our guests. There is also a hiking trail that passes right by the villa.

PRICES: The prices include the use of the Loppi Wilderness Villa Main Villa facilities, including the indoor sauna. Additional services available for order include the separate Mini Villa and the outdoor sauna, hot tubs, use of the fireplace and lean-to, final cleaning, bed linens pre-made or as provided separately, and towels. We also offer the rental of boats and canoes, programme and dining services, as well as work services such as preparing saunas and hot tubs before the guests’ arrival. All additional services must be ordered at least 14 days before arrival.
